This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.nutranovalabs.co.uk 


PRE-WORKOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain NutraNova Labs products, including pre-workout supplements, may be offered on a subscription basis at a discounted rate.

Minimum Commitment

All pre-workout subscriptions require a minimum Two (2) month commitment.

Because subscription pricing includes a reduced cost per unit, you agree that:

  • You may not cancel your subscription before the second payment has been processed.

  • You may not pause, modify, or downgrade your subscription until after the second billing cycle.

  • By selecting the subscription option and completing checkout, you agree to these terms.

After the second payment has been successfully processed, you may cancel or modify your subscription through your customer account portal or by contacting us at:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The safety seal must be intact (if applicable).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened supplement products

  • Used items

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Clearance or promotional items (unless faulty)


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrectly shipped

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A brief explanation of the issue (if applicable)

We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened supplement tubs

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products (if applicable)

  • Products marked “Final Sale”


CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
