Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding UK public holidays.

Daily dispatch cut-off time: 4:30 pm (UK time)

Orders placed before 4:30 pm are typically dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 4:30 pm will be processed the next working day.

Dispatch occurs at approximately 5:00 pm each working day.
All dispatch and delivery times are estimates only.
NutraNova Labs Ltd is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

UK DELIVERY SERVICES
UK orders are typically sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise selected at checkout.
“Tracked 48” refers to approximately 48 working hours (Monday–Friday) and excludes weekends and public holidays.
Example:
An order dispatched on Friday may arrive the following Monday or Tuesday.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Transfer of Risk
Title and risk of goods pass to you once the parcel is confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you request delivery to:

A designated safe place

A neighbour
-
A third party
Responsibility passes once the courier confirms delivery.
Consumer Rights (UK)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are required to deliver goods within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
If this timeframe is exceeded, you may be entitled to a refund.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS & ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is accurate and up to date.
For subscription orders:

Address changes must be submitted at least 7 days before the next scheduled dispatch date.

Changes requested after this window cannot be guaranteed.
NutraNova Labs Ltd is not responsible for subscription orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and cannot be guaranteed.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout:

FAILED DELIVERY & MISSED PARCELS
We are not responsible for:

Missed deliveries where the courier attempted delivery but the recipient was unavailable.

Deliveries made to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

Additional costs incurred due to customs clearance or local taxes.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address:

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe:

Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.

Provide your order number and supporting photos (if damaged).
We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
